Love me for a reason

Shame that Kenyan is currently lumped together with other volatile States like Chad and Eritrea in terms of poor governance, despite the focal point of interest to the world that she is. The blame no doubt goes to the PNU/ODM marriage as well as to you and me for walking down that road and never raising our voices, and so should be holding peace for ever till death do part them. Padre Kofi's words and works will always be appreciated, or else we would have been living in a broken family; and the tirade of the singles might have been even worse. Therefore, we must sit this unhappy marriage.

Servant's continued absence, hopefully has nothing to do with the ailing house of Kenyans abroad or home. Yet, corrections is lacking strong for the searchers and the flock without shepherd will wander off. The problem is that the open houses are those that encourage prosperity at whichever cost- including blood-letting. That would not be in a loving society that once described Kenyans. But that is history as a father can skin his 9-year old son and stand tall on the dock yessing his heinous acts. Give me strength! If only there was a way of bringing back the death sentence- by hanging until death is proven by further beheading.

But that is not love, I concur. For love is said to be free. Unconditional, as Donna Summer surmised.

Boyzone have tried it a different way. Loving for a reason, and that reason being love.

Consequently, the good book puts it that love is such that it can not be quenched by drinking all the mineral water at your ASDA, nor can it be drowned by the El Nino currently washing away Usum. If that be, then what is love?

L(et) O(ut) V(iolent) E(motions); purge the heart off violence. When man opts to kill violence in his nature, he ascends to a level above that of beast. Else, just as dogs are wont to attack each other, or as others opt for the Tom and Jerry commune, man is no different unless reason be to desist from violence.

Yet, traced back, much of today's violence stems from what man deems is his. Yet, is man were to give it all in the name of love, he would be the most contemptible one.

Love, therefore, is for some reason. And that reason is love.
