there is no pill or easy way about it we are in the same boat. You just have to change your lifestyle not just for the wedding . just watch portion size, limit carbohydrates e.g rice (brown) to 1 cup per serving and fill up with vegetables and meat(lean) fish poultry the size of your palm, lots of water and include excercise.on a typical day this is what I eat and have lost 15 pounds already
breakfast: steelcut oatmeal + 1 cup blueberries
snack carrots + 1tbsp peanut butter
lunch : salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber celery) +3 ounce chicken 0r 1/2 cup beans
snack : apple
dinner: steamed veggies+ any carbs (1 cup) fish
snack : 2 cups popcorn
dont eat after 730-8pm, hope this is helpful, just design your food plan as long as you are careful with the portion and limit the fats, broil or chicken and fish. good luck |
