I vowed never to travel KQ due to their poor customer services. Years ago on my departure from Jamu, the women at the check in counter were showing obvious jealousy/envey at seeing other woment travelling on British passports. They were even asking with twisted faces so and so how did you get this passport, (just to intimidate you, you would think they are immigration officers). I also noticed that at the departure lounge they were looking at African people suspiciously and they were even harrassing people openly in the presence of tourists. As we were boarding the plane, they fetched a white man who was speaking with one of the BA staff member and asked him to counter check "our" peoples' passports and the guy said "what am I looking for?" (as he was not airline staff therefore, had probably never seen what a visa looks like but he was meant to initmidate wanajamu). I wanted to say something but I feared they would point me out to their colleagues and I will get hostile treatment throughout my flight. these experiences made me feel quite negative about a carrier that I should be supporting. Mind you, the jealousy/envy thing was from people who speak the same language as I so it was not tribal.
Matusi will mainly be from corrupt relatives of KQ who travel on complementary tickets for seats grabbed from hard working Kenyans like myself who on a previous trip had to fly on the jack seat because somebody somebody else had been given my seat.
Enough with K f*****g Q
