dont take life too serious,

my work mate has worked hard all his life, he is now aged 52,he once was doing very well in property business.he has always lived a very mean life surviving on 20 a week .3 yrs ago he finished paying his mortgage and for the first time in his life he owned a tv,he continued been a stinge and would live on bread and cheese most of time in order to save money.
last year he was diagonised with bowel cancer which had spread to his liver and was given 1 yr to live, although he is still around, he has been told he wont be here for xmas. he carries a bag with him all the time and although he would like to have a social life now it is impossible. when we work so hard and save for the future its only fair to not forget today because anyway we dont know what the future will bring.
