To those who work in healthcare, what is the meaning of Bank Staff?
To those who work as a bank staff, are you allowed to hold any other paying job?. How many hrs are you entitled to as a bank staff?. please help thanks

Bank staff are casual workers employed on contract by the organisation they are working for.
And yes most bank staff have other permanent jobs and earn extra money as bank employees.
No limit to the hours one can work in some organisations but its not advisable to do too many hours as one ends up getting taxed alot. Remember if you are a bank staff and on a second job you are on a higher tax anyway. I Hope I have answered your query.

bank job means you cover shifts when the permant stsaff cannot yani uko hapo kama spare but some companies let you pick the shifts you want to do your are not on the fixed rota
