how do you free yourself, i cant even bear go out to meet pple due to fear

Its not fear its lack of self confidence.Many people suffer the same but the solution is not to lock yourself in as you are in danger of turning into a hermit .You need to become more outgoing - buy yourself tasty clothes, nice hair cut, perfume and ontop of all work on your physique and practice walking with your head raised ..not stooping and with time all else will fall in place and you will find a new personality.
