I thought we had reached an era where persons are appointed to Ministries based on their capabilities and value they add to the cabinet. I do not know why Eugen is in the Cabinet. Is he being rewarded for being Uhur Kenyatta's puppet? And why move Mutula Kilonzo. Is it because he has ininuated that Uhuru and Muthaura must face ICC? I thought he has been interpreting justice system effectively...

Eugene is still a novice, he is too green for that powerful ministry. He should have started by being an assistant minister. kuna kitu
