| I have this Opinion that Sacking a Judge for something like what happened in 1982 after the Coup is a wee bit Petty--(The panel also declared Judge Samule Bosire as unsuitable to hold office and was accused of condoning torture of suspects during Coup trial in 1982.)--This is my argument, In the MOI era One man was King Period. On the second point what was there to consider about a Bunch of Rogue soldiers who took to the streets killing anyone or anything with life. That was 29 yrs ago for God`s Sake.It was a 2 way system in Nyayo era either your with Us or Our Enemy.Samuel was working Under instructions if they picked on you, you decided if you wanted to Go to jail or be with your family me would have gone the Bosire way. So am sorry but Coup soldiers don`t deserve any sympathy not from me anyway. They didn`t give a Chance to those they Killed in the streets. So to sack this guy is Petty and seems to defeat The AIM.Vendetta smells somewhere. |

Umenena. What would you do if it meant life or death if you defied orders? You know Moi had a direct line to every big office and gave instructions. Samuel needed to earn a living even if it meant throwing professionalism through the window.. |
