Revealed: How Nyongo wired Ksh 900m of NHIF funds to secret account in Jersey, UK

The mystery surrounding the National Hospital Insurance Fund civil servants scheme has deepened after it emerged that Sh900 million was wired to an account in Jersey, UK. The money is part of the Sh1.2 billion that NHIF was to release to health service providers across the country for the first three months of this year. The fund raised Sh4.3 billion deducted from workers that the government wanted to cover more than 220,000 civil servants for the entire year.
