How come when looking for a job most employers (inn UK) say 'you do not have UK work experience...' Is this a polite way of descrimination against non-British? If you have been in UK for a year or two, how cah you have UK working experience of more than two years? Even sweeping streets they ask for UK experience. Thanks to Kenyans who have security companies that do not need (descriminate?) UK experience...though most paying below legal minimumm wage
