I am told I need a TV licence to watch programmes. Now I am in England, watching foreign TV online(including Kenyas KTN). I am breaking the Law by not pay BBC? Haki I would be surprised if they said I need to pay so long as I am watching TV because I know people have cable channels in this country but still pay TV licence
