I am shocked to read that Raila is a business partner of Mr Texeira of South Africa. Mr Texeira is the owner of EXECUTIVE OUTCOMES - a company that supplies mercenaries. They were used in Sierra Leone, DRC and Liberia.

This is something that needs to be thoroughly investigated.
