I do not want to do a quick judgement.. But In my own opinion, with no foundation whatsoever, i think luos cant do athletics, its not their department!!! They are very BRAINY, and excel in education but NOT in the fields... Thats a fact!!! I therefore take this opportunity to wish OBURU all the best in her forth coming exams, concentrate on your books you were just in the wrong place, and in the wrong time. The poor gal thought she was coming to London to pursue her masters degree but allegedly was taken to olympics grounds.Coaches we PLEASE do want to see the right contenders on the tracks next time!!! Kenyans are born hardy, we want to see our athletees lead and go for gold.
I personally do want to thank Hon. Raila being the only govt official who at least has given us the hope of looking into issues concerning athletics that he thought or saw that needed improvement. Pliz pay our medalist fairly well, no wonder they get poached by other countries who promise them better packages. I would, do the same if i was in their shoes, but for christ sakes we need athletes who can DELIVER not AMATEURS (paper mache) created by COACHES. performers pliiiiiiz examples being cheruyiout ( i love that gal) and KING RUDISHA... Looking forward to kilimo high hopes on her,, she definitely deliver.. All the best. I must also congratulate the women athletes of 1500m as they did not waste too must energy on the very first laps(look what happened to the britons) no wonder Cheruyiout clinched a silver!! well done... NKT...
What do you mean if you don`t know hear this now ,Olympics participants are Paid we once heard a few luo`s who used to run for Kenya Odieki i think off head was 5000m specialist, but Raila is known for his populist politics anywhere there is Cameras He will be there giving Kitenda wili.
Wasn't the lady a Kisii (not a Luo)?
That doesn't change the fact that she was a bad choice ... seems like they skipped some potential medalist over her.
You are a confused person. That is why you cannot differentiate between Oburu and Obiri. See a psychiatrist. And who told you all people of Nyanza province origin are Luos?
