I am looking for a homeswap i have a 3 bedroom house in Leyton, with back garden and own front driveway parking.
I am looking for a 3 bedroom house but i wouldn't mind swapping my house for a flat as long as it's not in a high rise block or big estate. My house has two toilets, one downstairs and one upstairs, it's close to public transport schools.
Areas that i will not consider are; some areas in East London, North London and South London.
I would like to move because my children are over 18 yrs now and the area is suitable for families with young children.

Just ask to swap house because the reason you are giving for wanting to move is very invalid. ....you can't live in the area becasue it is suitable for Kids????and not suitable for grown ups!
