warriors need to be banned from the comp until they have learned their lesson. Of course they have produce a number of outstanding players past and present and their province can be very proud of them. But until they learn to discipline their players and control their parochial fans they shouldnt be allowed to take part in the sp cup. In saying that it is with great shame that i have come to this opinion as we need the warriors to stay in the comp to keep it a trully national one. Maybe one idea would be relocation but i doubt that would work. Anyway just having my say
Do you know that Simbu Warriors is the Team to beat in this years SP Comp...You isisi stap Kar bai bamim you yah...warriiors are made of local homegrown players and they play like they have nothing to loose...this years SP CUP belongs to the Warriors...we beat the Raiders and the Lahanis in their home land but just that some fool ref cant make the right call...come to Dickson Oval and we shall show you the real margin.
Simbu Warriors the best....Bratz long Yuai, Wanbel istap...Tell all those side-line commentators to keep talking. Simbu's have loads of Rugby Players so we had to offload them to other teams to help them win SP comps. Mipela sori long yupela olsem na mipela wan kantri yah. For you anti-Warriors, send your team to Dickson oval and with the referee too. Salim DF or Army wantaim ikam long Dickson Oval
your brain is just stuffed up. Being educated, you should say something positive that everyone is happy. man, you will be a warrior in your field of work that one day you will reap your price! Well, warriors are best. they are best that they beat refs and players.
Lets be a good citizen and respect the rules of games and nation
You guys were upbeat about Simbu Warriors and another Simbu warrior sent in a comment and all you guys go weeping about "why na yu tok olsem".. I think he is right, send the DF to dickson oval with Video Camera and etc... because ol SImbu Warriors supporters at Dickson Oval are so patriotic....They do not care about your PC comments.
I think this "lone Simbu Warrior" meant it.
PNGRFL les long salim gutpela ref olsem so karim ami ikam na toktok istap.
AGMARK Guria proved to the home crowd they are worthy contenders by defeating Pagini Warriors 26-14 in the SP Cup match in Kokopo on Sunday.
It was anybody’s game from the onset as both teams displayed good defence techniques in the early stages of the match.
However the home team did not waste any time in the opening half, sending in left winger Collin Aruna for the first try ably assisted by Chris Purkikil.
Jessie Alunga failed to add the extras as Guria led 4-0. Guria’s George Baker raged through the Warriors’ tight defence for another try which brought the score to 8-0.
The visiting team retaliated with a try through prop Newman Alphonse.
Half way through the first half, referee Moses Tolingling sin binned Pagini’s Toxsi Owi for a high tackle on Aruna.
Gurias capitalised on their rivals mistake and went in for another four pointer through Abraham Henau. Another try by Gurias’ Benson Kanini saw the home team surge ahead to 16-4 at the break.
The Warriors came on strongly in the second stanza when Andrew Sipil went in for a touch down with Dickson Komba adding the extras and they trailed 10-16. However from then on Guria stepped up a gear with Ricky Sibiya and Menzie Yere scoring to seal the match
True Warrior, yu tok tru stret ia! mipla ol Hanuabada ketsim rugby ball taim ol bin kikim ikam lo Australia na mipla kikim kam lo yupla! Tasol yupla no ketsim gut olsem na longlong stap yet! And dont give mi any childish talk about coming to Dickson oval to see you face to face...I came up there to play there in the first few years of the SP Cup and kicked asse there too! Been there done that!
But if you guys were to channel this aggro within the confines of the Rules, you will definitely have a good chance of laying claims to the B-mobile Cup!
Mangii....You said it perfectly by your pen-name. Ban all simbu's from Playing Rugby League?!!! ahaahhahh .LOL .Rugby League will cease to exist in this country....Aiyo mi try long kauntim ol Simbu long PNG league na overseas na mi kauntim na namba em sot yah!!
Simbu Warriors are still the best wheather you like it or not. Other teams and their sideline commentators are always complaining because they can't play agressive and skillful football like the Warriors. On the other hand most skillfull players in all those other b-mobile cup teams are mostly Simbus. There's also skillfull and talented Simbu boys playing professional football overseas. Simbu tru tru olim Rugby League lo PNG stap. You belat lo ol OK play agressive olsem ol na brukim bun blo ol noken complain lo side line tasol.
Simbu Warriors 2010 b-mobile comp, go for it and play like before.

yupla faul faul na lonlon wantaim baby sense comments blon yupla stap Viper na Shark.kar bai bumpim yupla.
let's not encourage this so called false pride of our very narrow minded png mentality of "or despla kumul player em blon Simbu or Mendi or Hagen or Tolai" what ever.
Let's look at the bigger picture of trying to promote and support our local bmobile cup teams as well as local league teams and most importantly our national team Kumuls with pride and respect and play by the rules.
We must and always understand that theres always a winner and a looser in a game.At least try to educate our people back at home ,in our towns and village league competitions to accept the fact that theres always a winner and a looser.
Just recently, violence had popped out it's ugly head in the recent Vipers/Mioks game in Pom and Gurias/Vipers game in Kokopo.
Please PNG league fans, let's change our attitude!enough of this village mentality even in our big towns/cities.

Heard them say, they were harrased by steam bodies, claiming to be the best secon rowers, best front rowers...husiat tok lukim ol current foward blo Kumuls em ol Hagen or Simbu...???? mi faul ya yupla confirmim pilis
Simbu has produce some of the best former and current kumuls in yhe likes of;
1. Porian Bal
2. Bal Numapo
3. Elizah Riyong
4. Stanley Gene
5. Menzie Yere
6. Michael Mark
7. Johnson Kuike
8. Charles Onguglo
10. Sigfred Gende
11. Simon Kundi
...................just to name a few and the list goes on, sumpla yupla yet can addim. When it comes to producing the best rugby league players, Simbus are proud to produce some of the best. Weather they play for warriors or the other franchise teams they have the Simbu blood in the so fellas you should all hang your heads in shame for criticising them and try to be constructive in your arguments.
To sum up everything..
Most of us,PNG league players are just seasonal players. As far as we can go is inter-city. And there we think that we are pro-players. Warrirors, Vipers, Eagles,Muruks,etc..are struggling to market their players overseas. In fact, there is nothing to be proud of regardless of which team we support..
Simply PNG league players lack consistency in their performance...
