I have travelled to Port Moresby on umerous occasions to watch intercity cup grand finals and also international matches and see the need for the current stadium to be upgraded to international standard.The current stadium is seen fit to serve local and village league competitions and is a total disgrace to visiting internationals.
Since rugby league is the national sport of PNG,our government must set aside some amount of money in the yearly budget to upgrade such facilities and promoting the code in the country through the school boys league.
