Network54 term of agreement is not hidden - every scape user has access to it just by clicking on it to read the term. It is on the bottom of the page where you sign into the chatroom and on the bottom menu bar of the chatroom page.

Just think of where PNG is heading and where it is now, most of you on this forums are all trouble makers. Very few are really thinking of saving PNG. The trouble makers are keeping the others out of the forums and I have noticed this.
We all have our own standards of morals and beliefs etc in the community and we use them to the best of our ability to serve the community.
SCG and I have the support from Wantokz admin in our work on this site. He may not show himself often on this site, but he gets daily reports and I get the feedbacks from him, that is what keeps me going. if he did not like the way I run this site for him, believe me he would have sacked me a long time ago.
When you sign on this site you are responsible for your own actions - not to run PNG down but show maturity and raise PNG from the "worse" country in the world list.
Aids and the bad government with their coruptions have ruined the name of our country and I would have thought that we would all be concertrating on the constructive ways to over throwing the present gov and put someone better to pull PNG out of gutter, instead of bickering at moderator for censoring. If you don't want to be censored, you don't insult another forumer or use swear words.
Comparing and giving other under developed countries to give examples to PNG is all very well. But what are you going to do about it?
Swearing and carrying on the forum is not going to do you any good. It is only airing your opinions, which is good to take it off your chests, but where is it going after that? It will just stay on the forum. This forum is good but it is only for a few that have computers and can access to this site are informed of all that is going on in our country.
Village people and many in our cities in PNG have no computers so how are they getting their information how bad the gov is - they know by the elected candicate of that province does not fullfil his/her promise to their villagers, individual and orgazations in the village, other than that I don't there are village level talks by any one from this forum out there in the village preparing them on how to vote.
Look at the by election result, most people got turned away because they were not registered, some got fed up standing there and left without voting. Many to my understanding didn't vote. All these years this office did not prepare for this so when it boiled down to this office failed PNG miserably.
As for me reporting to the police from this forum, that was a very resposible action I have taken to save lives. You would have known if there was a riot then, because both PNG and Australian Federal Police were in ready waiting.
Some of I see is "educated" people log on this site just to throw their way around and think how "stupid" they can be to use abusive and insulting language towards other forumers.
The chatroom is being abused. The nick names chatters use to enter the chatroom is disgusting. Some of you are taking "Freedom of speech and action" the wrong way. I will say is again. Only cowards disregard the rules because they know that nothing will be done to throw them out of the room. I have seen men come into the chatroom just to harrass women in there. Using foul mouths explict languages. I see a few women carry on being tough using swear words. The place is only what you make it, therefore the chatroom is not bad but the way the users treat it gives it a bad name.
My point is, this forum board is only what we make it by how we use it.
How many of you have actually thought about sueing the individual politicians for mishandling the Nation's money. ONLY PNG AS A NATION verse the gove of PNG to recover the money they have stollen for personal uses. Who is willing and man enough to take on the gov?????? Australia will continue to support PNG in aid, until you as little people stand up and say enough is enough and take on the gov. "Australia can not do anything but PNG people can" (Quote from the "horse's mouth.")
I will continue to serve PNG community on this board the same as I have been doing, until Wantokz advises me otherwise.
