the reports we hear of people doing stupid things like this. If this guy couldn't tell an elk from a deer, he shouldn't have a hunting license much less a gun.
I get the hunting accident/violation report each year from the AR game and fish. It's amazing just how careless, and ignorant of the game laws some "hunters" are. I hesitate to call them hunters because of the way some of them treat the wildlife and each other.
