HI! I am glad I found this site!
I live in cotter,AR.(thats in baxter county) The area where I live has a good sized forest range and there have been stories of a BIGFOOT roaming this very forest range. While I have never seen it, my mother and I have both smelled the strong oder commonly attributed to most BIGFOOT sightings.
Some people have reported taking pictures of questionable footprints down the off-beaten paths in the forest behind my home.

Thank you , I will.....In response to the e-mail I got the other day from Lisa , Yeah lisa , the reports that I posted in my first post are very resent...within the last year. Its really weird , I have always beleaved in the creature ,but was wowed to hear of accounts in my "own back yard". Good to meet ya' lisa ,and everyone else. I have been searching the web for other known sights in my area and BEHOLD I found "3" others..2 on one site.( none were in my home town of cotter though)BUT STILL! Baxter county lies in the outskirts (so to speak) of the "NORTH ARKANSAS NATIONAL FOREST". That might give some solid credibility to the accounts in Baxter.
