I didn't think the Sailer moon anime stuff would happen, since the sailor scouts come from all over the spiral, and beryl & co have been replaced by chutullu & co, etc..
Other than that nothing jumps out as wrong...

Well, the base events of Salior Moon (i.e. Usagi et. al. discover their pasts as nobility of the Silver Millenium and their presents as magical girls, unite to fight for Truth and Justice, etc.) -have- to happen, period. The exact -form- can be debated as needed (and who says that Beryl & Co. aren't servitors of the Old Ones?)

So, in this version of events, the Tar-Aiym reacted to Cthulu's existence by dropping Azathoth on R'yleh? And when, not so terribly much longer later, the Senshi tried to rebuild Cthulu's seal and toss all the other nasties that had followed Mr. Entropy in with him, the form the seal took ended up following, hmm, call it the helioplause of Azathoth's power?
I like that.

Well, when I scribbled the timeline down I was on the clock, and the Military-Industrial Complex tends to frown on its peons when they take a hour or two to do a detailed read of webboards for the express purpose of writing fanfic timelines. ;)
