displacing molecule water
disturbs placcid lake
sets the heron on alert
tranquility blankets
the noisey silence

in stillness
the birth
the labour pains
they come
tears flow freely
find their way to placcid lake
water to water
I am no more

a silent cry
needs no ears
but can be heard
by a distant heart

seated in confusion
today is lost

must I cease
to live in this place
nothing but memory
will bear witness
to once-upon-a-time
when dreams seemed real

to roam empty places
no soul
no purpose
a waste of time
would be a sin

Long time! That is a nice poem, how true... 'i am no more' how different it is now from that time when the heartstrings were tight as the guitar strings and a slight touch (or thought) could send the loudest "ping" to the One's soul.
Oh, but for the memories of the picture we painted from words.
