pls provide some advice, thoz whoo have done it. waht is the best lubricant, if slow is best, how slow, or is it best to keep goin in but gentle with no slow ups?

guess u have added to my dilema - pleasure / pain, i do kinda like, (in the heat of the moment) but not to the eXtrime, and i dont like thinks outta my control, specially someone on a pleazsha trip up my botty, but i do wanna try, lucki therz no rush / prospect on the horizon (lately, anyway)
yeah a good clean out first...get the garden hose and a turn up the pressure....hahahah just joking of course - but you know get your girl not to eat for a day...i love to have a good laugh
