To me personally it makes no difference..as long as he knows how to use his tool!

I also think circumcised men have harder dicks
but maybe it just applied to those one's..
for the plus of 'wit skin' I was once told that
the more exposed it is to rubbing against pants or boxers
the less sensitive it gets.
but blowing a circumcised dick is like oh my gawk!
