Porn is not an issue of race, blame it on the ‘beholder’

Is it just me or does every article on this subject point to expats being arrested and charged, yet without much action being taken against nationals. Porn is not a race issue. I have seen articles on the topic where nationals are being fined minor amounts for possession, distribution and making of movies, yet any expat involvement means jail time and extradition. Penalties should be same level of punishment for all. The vast majority of adult movies are not supposed to be about violence and rape.
Is anyone in these PNG movies being forced, raped or beaten? Violence and rape against women occur because of already sick minds. Millions of people world wide watch adult movies without ever thinking of rape or violence. So why is it so blamed here. Perhaps PNG’s problems are mind-set related, rather than visual.
Porn is like a gun. And both are illegal in this country. Put it in the wrong hands and it can be misused due to the mind of the beholder. The reality is — don’t blame it on the weapon.
