hello i have a 2 year old son with treacher collins syndrome and when i read about your niece getting surgery done so early surprised me. the craniofacial team my son saw said that recommend that his jaw will be operated when he is 4 or 5 years of age with the development of the jaw and he face is still growing. i would get an second opinion about that before starting anything because your niece will have to get surgery done again and im sure u dont want to put your niece though that again. does she have a trach? thank u for your time sara
