Erin has a 72 degree curve at the top and a 55 degree curve at the bottom. She is scheduled to have the corrective surgery at Johns Hopkins on June 21st. She has had both cardiac and pulmonary problems in the past and is still trached. Her doctors felt that if not corrected the curve could effect her heart and/or lungs eventually. I would like to pass along your information to the researchers at Hopkins if that is okay with you. We will be going in on Monday for Erin's pre-op. Let me know if it is okay with you to tell them.
