Hi My name is joni and I have a 5 month old son with TCS. How early can your child be before they can get their trach out? My son is able to make sounds now and we sometimes use a speaking valve. a friend who deals with trach patients everyday said to tell the doctor this. He is going to be scoped on july 7 to make sure everything is ok.
Also anybody who knows of any good plastic surgeons Please let me know! I want to start the research early, because like the rest of you I want The BEST! Thanks Joni
