Arizona also has an excellent plastic surgeon who specializes in TC, he is one of the best in the U.S. I know in Arizona that as long as you have the surgery in the state most of the goverment insurance companies pay for them. Have you ever thought of talking to major corporations or athlete's about sponsoring this young lady? If you were in Arizona I could help you out a vast amount but I know nothing about what they have where you are at. I will however talk to as many people as I can regarding this matter.
