Call for long Mercedes hour hand pictures on the 4th of July

I have always thought of the GMT-Master a a very patriotic American watch so on this independence day, I was looking at my GMTs and started wondering about the long hour hand.

Here is my 6542 long hour. Any others out there?

I have seen this hand on 6200, and 6205 and a few other models.

Anyone have a guess as to when these hands were offered?
