Response to in pure delivery number the w10 and 0552 5517's

full spec watches are rarer in 0552 form?

The reason I asked was because my understanding is that 0552 is a Royal Navy stores code and W10 British Army.

Understanding that both services have completely independant stores procurement departments it makes the 5517 a little confusing. I thought this model was commissioned soley for the SBS and so should only be 0552.

Also most Milisubs prior to the special designation were 0552 and most of those were used by Royal Navy Clearance divers.

That is why I questioned why the 0552 would be regarded as the rarer. I would have assumed the W10 to be much the rarer of the two.

does my rational make sense?
