ETA 2894 curb pin non free sprung hair spring caliber is crap..this watch should bear a chronometer rated caliber at least.
This modern MC is an event timing watch and accuracy should be paramount.
I had the new MC on a Witchi watch rate timer in NYC and all the rates were unadjusted to a poor vertical to horizontal running rates. +19 crown up to -13 crown down. Did a little better on the dial up running rate with no real gravity pulling on the balance staff...+7 to -9 dial down. But over all a mall watch had equal poor vertical and horizontal running rates..No excuse Rolex sorry.
So not sure why we are blowing smoke up our*** on a watch which is lacking a quality movement, thus not agreeing that this is a quality watch which Rolex is known to produce.
