..interest, but there are MANY honest dealers out there. Their expertise, knowledge, and the security that comes with their reputation comes at a price. You HAVE to pay something for that.
As Jed said, the surest way to get "fair market value" is to put it up for auction. You unwittingly lucked into a very a rare watch. Your rate of return on your initial investment would be astronomical for what you have been offered, but I just wouldn't get too greedy. As Jim Kramer says, pigs make money, hogs get slaughtered. Again, this is just my opinion and I do not want to offend you. But you have to be realistic. I wish the best for you Jeanne.
