Really? ALL I see is brown, brown brown! Your background probably doesn't help. The only black on that insert in YOUR pictures seems to come from whatever is making a shadow/reflection in the lower middle portion of the picture. I see black ~ 20-40 in the first pic, and then 0-10 in the second pic.
Regardless, based on the pictures you provided, I think anyone purchasing based on such color decision would be a bit upset at what actually arrived.
