Hello, I am trying to buy my husband to be a vintage rolex and have a budget of a bit more than £3k. I have found a 1949 Steel Rolex Oyster Perpetual with silver dial and automatic movement, the hands are square rather than arrow head which puts me off a bit, do you think I could get a better watcvh for my money? Any reccommendations? I am planning on buying from a respected shop which gives me 2 years warrantee and box and papers, but I wondered what sort of price do you think I should be paying? I have been quote £3,300. I want an Oyster Perpetual, so any advice you could share would be great, as I do not want to get ripped off by a salesperson as I am a girl ; ) thankyou!!!!
