As there seems to be a lot of love for the old 34mm Oysters, I thought I'd share this little gem that I recently acquired. I love these old Oysters and it's where my love for Rolex began!
From the original owner, via a friend, this 6084 from 1953 comes with it's guarantee booklet, timing cert and a letter from Mr Hudson from when the owner requested a part (sent without question, with a request for a cheque by return for £1.26!!!). I suspect its Super Oyster gave in and flooded early on as it has a very early redial, but it's not a 'Newman' and is part of it's history!!
