Response to There is a difference between a recall for testing and replacement of the bezel

has been changed becuase of this issue..And a new dial a few years old no doubt..

We see stickers saying that they are safe and a bezel must change for some...but not any word on the dial change..right? But no smoking gun leading us to why the lum dot is added..and that they are of a service dial replacement..

A few collectors just surmised that the lum dot was luminous related...but no real evidence was put forth.. And many if us have seen a few pre 1960 dials with lum dots at the "6" and with no Rolex documents saying that this dial was a service dial.

So conjectures seem to turn as a convenient explanation to make something fact
