For this one, the patina is the case...

A heavily polished and rubbed pink gold case from maybe 1961/62...it reminds me of old ships instruments...brass worn by years of hands. The dial had been badly damaged so this is a restoration of the original color with original markers and hands...a very nice job via Bob Ridley.
