When I first saw it I knew it was not a common model.
Then did some research and found out it did have a connection to Explorer going to Mt. Everest. Now checking out the upcoming Christie's auction I am amazed to see that it's gold "brothers" are estimated to fetch between $50,000
and $164,000.http://www.christies.com/lotfinder/watches/rolex-a-very-rare-and-elegant-18k-5553738-details.aspx?from=searchresults&intObjectID=5553738&sid=8de1f45e-2d61-4f59-8343-9734901e8a8b
