Rolex 6202 turn-o-graph crown - info please

I have a Rolex 6202 Turn-o-graph, but it does not have the '+' crown.

I've seen several '+' crowns for sale but I'm confused about sizes etc.

I believe that the 6202 should have the 5.3mm crown, but is it only a specific watch model crown that will fit?

There seem to be several Rolex watches from the 50's that have 5.3mm crowns - Air King, Oyster Precision etc.

I'd appreciate any guidance you could give me.
