Thoughts about this 1675?

Hi,

Question for the experts: is this 1675 correct?

This is a 1675 that I am currently considering because I love the patina on the dial. However it has a Mark II dial whereas the watch is from 1977...can this still be correct? Also is the oxidation of the hands too much or acceptable for a watch of this vintage?
