Authentic Rolex Watch?

Hi guys,

I can buy this gold plated Rolex Watch, but I am not sure if it is a authentic Rolex Watch.

The case has no number, only written inside the back Rolex.
The movement seems Real to me, but I cant find the calibre number.
The dial is old and not restored, but the hand are steel (in a gold plated case?).

Have you ever seen this asymmetrical case, or have you even seen such a Rolex watch movement.
