my 2c

i have been collecting naturally faded insert and would pay a premium for one that will match my watch (inckuding hands). i think there're a few sellers who would age the inserts and sell them for a premium. if i were a buyer, i would need to know if the part i was to buy is a doctorered one or original vintage part.

perhaps we can ask all of the sellers to clearly state if the inserts have bern chemically altered?
