The dial has seen better days - pretty chipped along the edge between 3 and 6... B&P is nice, but condition of the watch comes first, and the dial is about 60-70% of the value, I'd guess, so the B&P doesn't mean much in that case. All just MHO of course. BTW - seller says 'no chips' but clearly there are.
