It should be of more importance for a seller to at least describe the watch correctly and any history they may know of than just a return policy saying full refund if not 100% original as some watches in theory have and could have ( undisclosed by seller) 60's case , 70 band and 80's dial and hands and a 90's insert which is not really easy to see all of it from one picture. BUT its all original.
so a return policy basically means nothing to many of us. buy the seller as always.
