larger cased DD and of course the platinium pieces. Like the submariner etc as long as Rolex remain true to the original design concepts, these DD will always be immmediately recognisable.
IMHO one has to show restraint when adding diamonds into the mix, what may appeal to your wife or partner does not always look good when on your wrist. For me diamond dials are ok and there are some fabulous dials around but anything else may start to look like crystal chandelier on your wrist LOL!
Enjoy the watch Tom, try one with a bracelet first (before buying a bracelet) as you may feel you need longer shirt cuff to keep it more subdued when on the wrist. But I get the feeling that the bling of yellow gold may not apply to these pieces.
