      still... with the pictures... is the caseback stainless steel or gold?

      Here's why I'm wondering. The Linoln (and its friends) appear in the late 30s. The serial number, if it is correct, places the watch in the early 30s. If it is gold, then the serial number means nothing because gold cases' serial numbers don't relate to the serial numbers we find on stainless steel casebacks.

      so... just that one question. Thanks!
