I will be grateful if you can advise me on 2 queries I have with my 16520 bracelet.
1) is it time for me to send in my bracelet for refurbishment?
I've been bothered by the gap that appears between the bracelet and the endlinks of my 16520. Pls see pictures below.
For me, one of the joys of owning a Rolex is its amazingly simple and beautiful oyster bracelet, and the existing gap seems inordinarily large. I am guessing that it's stretched from use?
2) if sending in the bracelet for refurnishment would help to solve the gap (as in minimise the gap as much as possible), I will be grateful if you can recommend some watch smith that can take on such jobs? From google, I intend to approach Michale Young of HK. Anyone knows if he is still taking on such jobs? Any other recommendations?
