Rolex themselves is giving that huge hint. It's a subdial for a GMT complication otherwise why would the arrow be on the outer circumference?
Also since the arrow is on the outer circumference there is no arrow shaft, just an arrow head which seems to indicate the arrow head indicator is located on a concentric ring which rotates around the GMT subdial.
Also notice how the 6 "dot" and 8 look kind of "wobbly" more like microprinting on a dial rather than numbers on an engraved ceramic insert or even silk screened on an aluminum insert.
Now i wonder what the rest of it looks like. I hope it's not 44mm!
