  • What could cause this to happen to a Rolex crown?

      This crown was found by a fellow Dutch collector on his Tudor Submariner from the early 90s.

      Does anyone know if this ctrown was shipped like this or how this could have happened?

      Overpolishing was a suggestion but this looks almost too symmetrical. . .
