  • All depends on which dial you call a MK1.....

      For the sake of consistency, most these days classify the MK1 as the dial with the curved "f" however I have seen some web based articles refer to it as the Mk2.

      I am yet to see a curved "f" dial turn noticably brown.

      The thin font flat "f" and the thicker font short flat "f" are seen with brown/chocolate dials from time to time.
